These conditions shall apply to all transactions between Under Fine Wraps and any person, firm or company (“the Purchaser”) placing an order with Under Fine Wraps for the supply of any goods. Completion of the online purchase process does not constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase Goods from us. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we despatch the Goods.
Web prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs. In the event that an incorrect price is displayed on our website, Under Fine Wraps reserves the right to abstain from fulfilling the order at that price. The customer will be notified by email and given the choice to proceed with the offer. All transactions are processed by Global Payments and credit/debit card payments can be made using Visa and MasterCard as well as PayPal.
Customers can track deliveries online through their account (or this page here) and should notify us immediately of any issues so that we can try to resolve these without delay.
Our delivery provider will email your tracking number on the day of dispatch. Please click the link within the email to track your parcel.
Items Damaged in Transit
In the unlikely event of damaged goods in transit or are defective the Purchaser should contact Under Fine Wraps on 0333 2000190. Under Fine Wraps will exchange the items concerned without charge to you provided that you notify us within 3 days of receipt of the Goods and return the Goods within 7 days. Please note that we may request photos of the damage and packaging in order to enable us to investigate the matter with our delivery provider.
When contacting us with the details you will be provided with instructions and the Freepost address (UK only) to return the goods which must be made without undue delay and in any case within 7 days of notifying us. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items are adequately wrapped. When the damaged or defective goods have been received and checked, we will send a replacement to you as soon as possible at no cost to you. Alternatively, if you prefer, we will refund the item(s), this may mean that you will be contacted for repayment details.
Your rights under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2015 are not affected.
Please be aware that because the contents of our hampers are perishable your rights to reject, return and refund maybe modified.
Under Fine Wraps provides a 100% secure payment system. All transactions are processed by Global Payments. Your private data will be encrypted at all times whilst in transit over the Internet. You can tell a page is secure when ‘https’ appears in front of ‘www.underfinewraps.co.uk’ in your browser’s address window. For added security, we do not store your credit card details.
The purchase area of our site is secured using industry standard Secure Socket Layer technology to allow encryption of sensitive information. For added security we do not store credit card information and all card transactions are processed by Global Payments. In order to maintain the accuracy of your personal details, you can view, modify or delete your stored information by logging into your account or by contacting us and requesting your is data deleted, and in the case where it cannot be deleted (e.g. for accounting purposes) then it can be blocked from further access.
The Purchaser should inform Under Fine Wraps immediately of any issues, either by telephone: 03332 000190 or email: [email protected]. We will investigate any issues as soon as they are brought to our notice and we endeavour to respond to all email enquiries within two working days.
While we always endeavour to keep photography and descriptions as accurate as possible, Under Fine Wraps reserves the right to substitute any items included in hampers for items of equal or greater value if those listed in the descriptions are out of stock or unavailable at the time of ordering. Hamper contents can vary slightly from the image displayed so please see the product descriptions for full listings. Glasses, decorations and other props shown in photographs are not included in the gift unless specifically listed.
No persons under 18 years of age may place an order or receive Goods from Under Fine Wraps if the Goods contain alcohol.
All risk in the Goods you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the Goods) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.
We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver Goods if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Under Fine Wraps will exercise every reasonable effort to meet the requested delivery date. Under Fine Wraps shall not, however, be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control, such as, but not limited to, compliance with laws or regulations, acts of God, acts or omissions of the Purchaser, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labour disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots.
