All goods are delivered within 2 working days if they are ordered before 12pm. If ordered after 12pm, deliveries will take an extra working day. Please note we cannot deliver on weekends and Bank Holidays. We offer an express delivery option that will be delivered within 1 working day providing the order was placed before 12pm.
Our delivery charges are:
- Standard Service Mainland UK (including Scotland, Wales, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight) – £3.95, free on orders over £50
- Express Service Mainland UK (including Scotland, Wales, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight) – £6.95
NB: For remote areas within Mainland UK (Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Highlands etc.) you will need to allow between 3-5 working days delivery. To find out more about the delivery service in these areas please contact us at [email protected].
What time will my order arrive?
Our delivery provider makes deliveries between 8:00am and 6:00pm (sometimes earlier!), Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, it is not possible to guarantee an exact time for deliveries. We can offer delivery which arrives before 9am, 10.30am or before 12pm, please contact us for more details.
What if the recipient is not home?
All deliveries require a signature, so please choose an address where someone can sign for the parcel. If the recipient is not home the driver will leave a calling card and either:
- Leave the parcel at the nearest local Access Point, where it can be collected during the next 7 days.
If the above option is not possible (because your nearest Access Point is too far away) the driver will attempt re-delivery the next working day, and will attempt delivery on 3 occasions.
You will have the option to call our delivery provider to re-arrange the delivery date at no extra cost. In the event that the parcel is not delivered after 3 attempts, then the parcel is returned to the delivery providers depot for 5 days, after which time the parcel is returned to Under Fine Wraps by the delivery provider who will charge us a ‘return to sender’ fee, the same as the original delivery charge. Thereafter, the Purchaser will incur re-delivery charges to re-send the Goods. If the Purchaser wishes to cancel the order at this point, Under Fine Wraps can refund the value of the Goods, minus all charges for delivery or return of items ordered through this website.
Please note that our delivery provider undertakes to deliver to the Address specified on the Consignment, not to a Recipient.
Please ensure all address details (including house number and post code) are entered correctly. Any delivery problems and re-directions arising from incorrect address information will have to be charged for.
Non-collection from Access Point – what happens?
If the parcel is taken to a local Access Point but not collected by the addressee, then after 7 days it is returned to Under Fine Wraps by the delivery provider who will charge Under Fine Wraps a ‘return to sender’ fee, the same as the original delivery charge. Thereafter, the Purchaser will incur re-delivery charges to re-send the Goods.
The Purchaser will also be charged for any items which have become unsuitable for sale and needs replacing (perishable items).
How will I know my order has been delivered?
Our delivery provider will send you a further email upon delivery.

The delivery provider’s drivers will not deliver Goods to recipients under the age of 18 years of age.
Returns, Cancellations & Damages
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and the service we provide – we offer a full “no questions” refund if you are not satisfied 100%. In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive you have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery. Please note that the customer must bear the cost of returning the goods to us.
Returns (if an order has already been delivered)

- On receipt of the goods, we will refund the value of the order in full. You will receive an email confirming your refund within two days of us receiving the goods. All Goods remain the property of Under Fine Wraps until they are delivered to the address specified by the user and in the event that the user’s payment is invalidated after dispatch you must pay for the Goods or return them to us in their original condition in accordance with our return instructions at your own expense failing which we will arrange for collection but at your expense.
If the goods are faulty in any way we offer a free returns or exchange service, and are happy to offer either a replacement or refund. Please contact [email protected] for more information.
Cancellations (if an order has yet to be dispatched)
You may be able to cancel an order before it is dispatched. Please contact us on 0333 200190. Refunds are usually processed and monies received within two working days.
As we try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched.
If you wish to cancel and return your purchase, please contact us on 0333 200190 with the order number quoted on the delivery note. You will be given instructions about where to return the goods which must be made without undue delay and in any case within 7 days of notifying us. When the goods have been received and checked, a refund for the goods and the standard delivery charge (premium charges if used are not refundable) will be issued as soon as possible, this may mean that you will be contacted for repayment details. Please note that the cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.
Your statutory rights regarding damaged, defective or incorrect goods are not affected by this.
